AT THE BAR X RANCH POA OFFICE:
(NOTE: It is a good idea to call the office to be sure the committee meeting will be held,
as sometimes there is no business to deal with)

* Security Committee: 6pm 2nd Thursday of the month

* Architectural Control Committee: 7 pm, 1st Thursday & 3rd Thursday

* Maintenance Committee: 6:30pm 2nd Wednesday of the month

* Beautification Committee: At call or 7 pm, 3rd Wednesday

* Water Ways Committee: 7 pm, 2nd Wednesday

* Deed Violations Committee: 7 pm, 2nd Tuesday

* Rules for Rental Committee: At call or 7pm, 1st Wednesday

* TRADE DAYS: 1st Saturday of May and November

MEETINGS HELD AT THE CLUBHOUSE:

* Annual Meeting: 3rd Saturday in April -- 10 am until ?

* Monthly Board Meeting: 3rd Monday of each month -- 7pm

Any POA member can attend these meetings for input or suggestions.
