Deposit checks not kept
will be voided. We will not make confirmation calls. That is
the responsibility of the property owner.
Reservations must be made and confirmed five
(5) days
prior to use of the facilities. If you need to cancel your
reservation, please give the office five days notice.

Rules & Guidelines Specifically for:
Clubhouse or Eagle Lake Pavilion
Due to complaints of
loud music from homes residing by the clubhouse,
bands and/or DJ's will need to be set up inside the
clubhouse.
Pools -- Pool Rules 2011-- Please note, Bar X
will no longer take reservations for the pool, due to
overcrowding at one pool when the other is rented. We have
a growing community and feel this change will benefit the
property owners and their allotted (4) guests.
