Pools-- Please note, Bar X
will no longer take reservations for the pool, due to
overcrowding at one pool when the other is rented. We have
a growing community and feel this change will benefit the
property owners and their allotted (4) guests.

Deposit check has to be in
property owner's name only
Deposit checks not kept will be
voided. We will not make confirmation calls. That is
the responsibility of the property owner.
Reservations must be made and confirmedfive days
prior to use of the facilities. If you need to cancel your
reservation, please give the office five days notice.
