The pools are open! Hours for the two Pools at Bar X
*** Please note, Bar X will no longer take reservations for the pool, due to overcrowding at one pool when the other is rented. We have a growing community and feel this change will benefit the property owners and their allotted (4) guests.

We have changed the office hours:
It will be stay open until 5 p.m. during the week, and only on the 1st Saturday of the month will it be open 9 AM-1PM.

We want to give the staff weekends to be with their families. Myrlin has been keeping records for months and there is very little POA business on Saturday, which does not justify being open.

Please NOTE:
Office will be closed September 1, for Labor Day.

Notice: The annual statements will be mailed by mid October.
If you do not receive your statement please notify the
office with any address changes

Please come by and look at our Eagle Lake! We have gotten numerous complements on how the ranch is looking and how property values are increasing.

The 2007 Financial statements will be available at the annual meeting.
