When I started raising Angus bulls, it was because I had never seen a high-performing athlete train by living on fast food and never leaving a small pen. Bulls need the right environment to develop the strength, stamina and resilience real-world ranching demands.

Bulls raised in the same conditions as your commercial cattle are already adapted to the climate, terrain and forage they'll work in. They've proven they can thrive. Bring in bulls from a different environment and you're gambling that they'll adapt. Often, they don't perform as well in your setting.

By focusing on genetics raised under conditions like my herd's, the bulls I produce aren't just top-tier in breeding. They're resilient, healthy and proven to perform on real ranches. Local ranchers can depend on them, not just to improve their herds, but to increase their profitability too.
